Premananda has done us all a huge, huge favor in bringing all these wise guys and ladies together in this beautiful tome.(Check out the table of contents--- you'll see what a gold mine this is.) I love this book. The physical book itself is beautifully made, yet the rainbow of contents shine even brighter. It was brought to my attention through my study of and with Rupert Spira, one of the brightest lights of our time, who is one of those interviewed. When the book arrived, I found new material from a host of my old favorite teachers and seers, and many I had yet to encounter. What a treat! Premananda pretty much asks the same questions of all those interviewed--- which itself is very revealing-- but is not rigid or insistent. He does a beautiful job of interviewing--- perhaps because he himself is very clear about advaita/non-duality and teaches it in Europe. Thus, there's material in these interviews that can be found no where else. I'm surprised there are so few reviews. After reading about a gazillion books in this arena, I am confident that this particular book deserves much more attention than it's apparently getting. My advice? Buy it. Right now. You won't be sorry. (If you are, I'll buy your copy and send it to my own friends!)Product details

This is really beautiful book to give a wide and sophisticated view on the teachings of Non-duality and oneness.
The teachers are down to earth, and clear in what they are saying, and for me it's like a fine-filtered whiskey - an amazing compilation.
It must have taken time and effort to interview all these people, and I am very grateful for the energy that one can get just by reading it, and particularly by watching the DVD version.
This book is profound, and serves both as a wonderful introduction and an expert's treatise.
This came at a time in my life where I couldn't really understand what enlightenment was. I had heard different descriptions, and wanted to understand, but it wasn't clear at all. This book is actually very clear, and I liked it a lot. If you know the non-duality or Satsang theme, then you will likely know the teachers and people interviewed. They are a good selection, but one difficulty I had was that while they were all clear, and beautiful people, I still had a sense of not understanding this whole game of enlightenment. With some teachers like Tony Parsons and Karl Renz it was very simple, and absolute, but my daily experience simply isn't like that. With other teachers like Om Parkin and Rupert Spira, they recommend practising Self-Enquiry, and doing work on yourself. Basically it's all nourishing, really interesting material and dialogues, even if for me there are perhaps too many interviews.
